Bachelor’s thesis is focused on issues of financing a purchase of long-term property in specific company. Particular variations of purchase and financing of fixed assets are described in the teoretical part of the thesis, presentation of the specific company and long-term property that is purchased and variations of financing are described in the practical part of the thesis. The aim of the thesis is to assess possible recources of financing purchase of long-term property in the specific company and suggest an optimal solution.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on options for financing the acquisition of fixed assets. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of fixed assets and possibilities of financing. The analytical part possibilities of a particular company is evaluated for financing the acquisition of new CNC coordinate riveting machine RNC331 based on evaluation of its financial situation. In the final part of the work is suggested the best financing option.

Variants of the Financing of the Fixed Assets Acqusition

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on forms of financing the acquisition of fixed assets. The first part of this thesis deals with the theory, it is a general characterization of the fixed assets and the options for their financing. In the second part I work with real data of the ABC Company, Ltd., which are important for the assessment of their financial situation. Subsequently, according to the findings suggest a selection of the best alternatives of financing the acquisition of assets.

This work solves the problems with taking care of capital goods in the firm DT-Výhybkárna a strojírna, a.s. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the firm, the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and maintenance activity and taking care of assets. The result of the performed analysis is identification of bad spots. Proposal is submitted in the second part of the work in order to solve the problems found by performing the work. At the end economical evaluation of the proposal and statement of assumptions of the extended work result to firm use is performed.

The aim of this bachelor’s work is to propose financing the acquisition of long term property for a particular company. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of the terms of the financing of long term property. The practical part presents the company and the acquired long term property. Further the practical part carries out the financial analysis of the company in order to evaluate the possibility to buy the company fixed assets and limits financing options of fixed assets. The work’s aim is to assess financing options and to choose the optimal method of financing.
